Please contact us to inquire about special rates for limited use projects ( yoga, physical training sessions, photography sessions etc.), fundraising non- profit and community events.
A security deposit of $300 is required. Deposit will be returned within 7 days post event, less damages.
50% of the total rental fee and the $300 deposit are required to secure your date. Full payment is due 14 days prior to your event.
Full payment and deposit is required to book and is non-refundable.
DEIOSA comes equipped with a food prep kitchenette/catering station. Catering service is available through It's a WE thing! You are also welcomed to bring outside catering as well. Bartending staff is available for any alcohol beverage servings.
